Rental Sales Agent - FT

About the role

We’re hiring immediately for a customer-facing role at our airport rental counters. In this position you’ll process vehicle rentals, actively listen to customer needs, and recommend products and services that enhance each traveler’s experience. A consultative, friendly approach is key to building trust and driving both satisfaction and sales.

Responsibilities

• Process rental contracts and vehicle returns at airport counters
• Listen to customer needs and recommend relevant products and services
• Use a consultative approach to upsell while maintaining professional, friendly service
• Deliver service that builds trust and customer loyalty

Requirements

• Effective verbal communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Professional, engaging, and customer-focused personality
• Comfort with recommending products and services based on customer needs
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Ability to sit, stand, and type for prolonged periods
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to work on-site; remote work is not permitted

Qualifications

Six months of real estate, retail, or consultative sales experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus.
