About the role
We are seeking a passionate Director to join our litigation team with a focus on employment, trusts and estates, and civil litigation, while also advising on a wide range of commercial disputes. The successful candidate will regularly appear in the Employment Relations Authority, Family Court, District Court, and High Court.
This role involves helping clients during stressful and difficult times, advocating pragmatic and cost-effective approaches to disputes, and conducting independent workplace investigations. You will handle a variety of estate litigation cases, including beneficiary claims, trustee disputes, will validation, and High Court applications for directions.
Clients value the ability to simplify complex issues, empathy, understanding, and robust legal argument when required.
