We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the job posting. First, there is introductory paragraph about team members etc. That could be "About the role" maybe? Actually "Our team members are the heart..." is more about organization culture. Could be "About the role" or maybe we treat as "About the role". The job title is Breast Ultrasound Technologist. We should not repeat job title as heading. We need to extract responsibilities: many bullet-like sentences after "A day in the life of a Breast Ultrasound Technologist at Hackensack Meridian Health includes". Those are duties. We'll list them as
  • . Requirements: Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required section. Also Licenses and Certifications Required. Also maybe "Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required" includes multiple items: Graduate of an approved Ultrasound School; A.R.D.M.S registered; Minimum of 2 years training in Allied Health/College; Certified in Breast within 6 months of hire; Must be able to do CPR; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms. Also "Licenses and Certifications Required": Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Certification or Breast Sonography Certification within 6 months of entering position; Maintains 30 CEU Credits within a three year period. Also "Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred": A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in ultrasound. We need to decide sections: Could combine Requirements (education, certifications) and Skills (preferred experience). But guidelines: Use headings for sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what content fits each. "About the role": could be the introductory paragraph about team members and mission. "Responsibilities": the day-in-life list. "Requirements": maybe the required education, certifications, CPR, etc. "Qualifications": maybe the preferred qualifications (1 year clinical experience) or could be combined with Requirements. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps we combine Requirements and Qualifications into one "Requirements" section that includes both required and preferred? But guidelines say we can have separate sections if content exists. We have both required and preferred; we could have "Requirements" for required, and "Qualifications" for preferred. That seems okay. "Skills": maybe the computer skills, communication skills, etc. But those are already in required. Could separate but risk thin. "Benefits": The posting mentions "competitive benefits are just the beginning", later mentions "In addition to our compensation for full-time and part-time (20+ hours/week) job positions, HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits." Also earlier: "Here, competitive benefits are just the beginning." So we have benefits content. "Pay": The posting includes "Minimum rate of $46.64 Hourly" and a lot of text about pay transparency. So we have pay content. "Schedule": The posting mentions "Eligible for up to $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time Ultrasound Technologist positions on the Day or Evening shift who accept a job offer on or before October 22, 2026". Also "Responsible for scheduled shifts including holidays and weekends. Overtime as needed". Also "Working Conditions Lifts a minimum of 25 lbs., pushes and pulls a minimum of 50 lbs. and stands a minimum of 6 hours a day." That's more about physical demands, not schedule. But schedule info: Day or Evening shift, holidays, weekends, overtime. So we can include schedule. We need to avoid boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. The posting includes a lot of pay transparency explanation; we need to keep substantive info about pay but can we keep the explanation? It's part of pay section; it's substantive but maybe considered boilerplate? It's about pay transparency act; but it's still about pay. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The pay transparency explanation might be considered legal boilerplate? It's about NJ Pay Transparency Act. Might be considered legal. However, the core pay info is the minimum rate $46.64 hourly and sign-on bonus. We should keep that and maybe a brief note about pay being subject to factors. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. The pay transparency explanation is substantive? It's basically legal disclaimer. Might be considered boilerplate. Safer to keep the pay rate and sign-on bonus, and maybe mention that pay is based on factors? The instruction says remove legal boilerplate. The pay transparency explanation is likely legal. So we should strip that out, leaving only the concrete pay details: "Minimum rate of $46.64 Hourly" and "Eligible for up to $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time Ultrasound Technologist positions on the Day or Evening shift who accept a job offer on or before October 22, 2026". Also maybe note that it's hourly. Similarly, benefits: we have generic statement but also specific list: health, dental, vision, paid leave, tuition reimbursement, retirement benefits. That's substantive. Schedule: we have day or evening shift, holidays, weekends, overtime as needed. Now, we need to format. We'll produce:

We might also include physical demands? Not schedule. Now ensure we didn't repeat job title as heading. Good. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown. Let's craft final HTML. Check for any duplicated lines: we have responsibilities list includes "Lifts a minimum of 25 lbs., pushes and pulls
