Breast Sonographer

About the Role

Performs imaging procedures and treatments to support diagnosis and patient care, adhering to radiology standards. Responsibilities include applying radiologic principles, selecting appropriate techniques and positioning, developing treatment plans, and executing them per protocols. Ensures accurate documentation and maintains equipment and work areas for safety and efficiency. Participates in performance improvement activities to uphold patient care quality.

Requirements

• Recent experience as a Sonographer preferred.
• Registered by ARDMS or RVT, or a new graduate awaiting registry, with proof due within 120 days.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 14 days of hire.
• Basic computer literacy skills required; advanced skills preferred.
