Breast Sonographer

Role: Perform high-quality breast ultrasound examinations to aid in early detection and diagnosis of breast disease, collaborating with radiologists and healthcare team members. Responsibilities Conduct accurate ultrasound scans, ensuring optimal image quality and diagnostic precision.Explain procedures, provide compassionate patient care, and review prior imaging for comprehensive assessment.Assess image quality, identify relevant findings, and present preliminary observations to radiologists.Maintain detailed patient records, operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, and ensure infection control standards.Utilize imaging software such as PACS, RIS, and EMR efficiently and accurately.Ensure patient safety, professionalism, and uphold high standards of care. Qualifications & Skills ARDMS Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or eligible for certification within six months.Minimum of two years' breast ultrasound experience.Knowledge of breast anatomy, ultrasound physics, and instrumentation.Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and critical thinking skills.Experience with PACS, RIS, EMR systems.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
