Breast Imaging Radiologist (MD/DO) - Per Diem - UNC Nash Hospital
UNC Health is seeking a Per Diem Breast Imaging Radiologist to join the team at UNC Nash Hospital in Rocky Mount, NC. This role is dedicated to diagnostic breast imaging, including interpretation of mammography, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI, as well as performing image-guided breast procedures such as biopsies and localizations.
Responsibilities
- Interpret breast imaging studies, including mammography, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI
- Perform image-guided breast procedures such as biopsies and localizations
- Work onsite at the Breast Center, focusing 100% on breast imaging (no diagnostic work)
Requirements
- MD/DO, Board Certified/Board Eligible in Breast Imaging Radiology or Diagnostic/Procedural Radiology
- Fellowship training or extensive experience in breast imaging
- Experience performing breast procedural work
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, dayshift only
- No call schedule
- Standard hours per week: 4.00
- 100% onsite work
