Job Description
We are looking for a breakfast/lunch line cook to work approximately Friday through Tuesday 6am - 2pm (shifts may end earlier or later depending on business).
Responsibilities
- Set up continental breakfast
- Cook hot breakfast option
- Cook the hot line during lunch
- Weekly deep clean
- Changing Fryer Oil
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Put away food order
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Qualifications
- Working level of Kitchen English. Must be able to read tickets and speak to servers about ticket issues
- Hot Line Cook experience
- Sense of urgency
- Familiar with industry’s best practices

- Salary $21-$24 per hour

- Hourly salary + monthly profit share distribution adds another $1-$3 dollars more per hour
