About the role

Welcome to New Park Manor, part of the Luxury Family Hotel group, where luxury meets relaxation in the heart of the New Forest. We are now seeking a skilled Breakfast Chef to join our brilliant team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our hotel known for its exceptional service and welcoming culture.

Position Overview

This is a permanent position, at 40 hours per week (including weekends), with a salary of £28,500 per annum - plus generous service charge and a brilliant benefit package. Live-in accommodation is available as an option if required.

What we need

• Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
• A friendly and engaging personality, with a passion for hospitality and great service.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Food Hygiene level 2 would be beneficial.
