Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast bar in an attractive and abundant-looking presentation, ensuring it is organized, clean, and standardized.
• Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day.
• Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast space and restock as needed.
• Provide excellent guest service.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• One year of hostess experience in a restaurant is preferred.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of health department standards of food sanitation and safety practices.
