About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial performance of the Residence Inn Livonia hotel, ensuring profitability and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies to optimize revenue and minimize expenses
• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
• Manage cash flow and ensure liquidity requirements are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational improvements
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Hotel Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel finance or related field
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
• Experience with revenue management systems and hotel operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage financial performance and improve operational efficiency
• Knowledge of hotel financial statements and industry benchmarks
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
