Breakfast Attendant

About the role

Breakfast Attendants are responsible for assembling and disassembling breakfast buffets, receiving orders from customers, communicating these to the kitchen staff, clearing tables, and maintaining a well-stocked buffet.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble breakfast buffets before and after mealtime.
• Receive and relay customer orders to kitchen staff.
• Clear tables after each meal service.
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors after each meal service.
• Clean and sanitize tables and countertops after each meal service.
