Breakfast Attendant

About the role

LTD Hospitality Group is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve daily breakfast bar
• Greet each guest and ensure their comfort and satisfaction
• Set up and maintain the breakfast bar according to brand standards
• Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day
• Prepare foods like fresh fruit, coffee, and juices from concentrates
• Stock coffee, juice, and milk machines or dispensers
• Set up serving dishes, utensils, cups, and other paper products
• Clear and clean tables as they are vacated
• Prepare and set up hot food items following menu requirements
• Wipe up spills
• Restock items consistently throughout breakfast hours and for the next day
• Return serving equipment to storage and keep reusable food supplies in storage
• Keep breakfast area clean by removing trash, cleaning the breakfast area, kitchen counters, cabinets, and floors
• Perform other duties, projects, and tasks as assigned by the manager

Qualifications

• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to work weekends and holidays
