Essential Functions

• Set up and maintenance of the Breakfast Bar
• Takes inventory of food, beverages and supplies
• Aids in set up of prepared foods
• Arranges serving dishes, utensils, cups and other products
• Clears and cleans tables
• Restocks self-service food and supplies
• Washes serving equipment and returns to proper storage
• Restocks reusable food supplies
• Vacuums, sweeps carpets & floors
• Mops floors
• Dusts, brushes, polishes, & vacuums furniture
• Dusts and cleans room decorations, appliances, & structural surfaces
• Inspects areas for safety hazards
• Checks operating conditions of equipment
• Reports lost & found articles
• Reports maintenance problems
• Performs any other duties assigned by supervisor/manager
• Performs special daily projects assigned by supervisor/manager

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking for entire length of shift
• Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Qualification Standards

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to understand and follow directions
• Six months Customer Service, hotel or restaurant experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
