Braun’s New Director of Aftermarket Operations

GA Braun is pleased to announce the promotion of Joseph Fiacchi to Director of Aftermarket Operations, effective September 2024.

In this position, Fiacchi will oversee all aspects of the company’s aftermarket services, including customer support, maintenance, and service operations.

About Joseph Fiacchi

Joseph Fiacchi joined GA Braun in 2011 after earning a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering technology from Alfred State College. He began his career at GA Braun as a Product Design Engineer and steadily advanced within the organization, most recently serving as Mechanical Engineering Manager. Since joining, he has made significant contributions to the company’s product development and engineering efforts.
