About the role

Reporting to the Manager, Social and Brand Influencer Marketing, this position is responsible for managing the development of our brand influencer/creator marketing strategy. This strategy aims to drive increased reach and relevancy of our brand, revenue growth, customer expansion, and engagement across social media and other owned platforms at QVC. This position will drive innovation and build strong relationships across our approach to influencers, including external and internal creator partnerships, as well as manage the development and execution of the content strategy and calendar planning for QVC's flagship social platforms.

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, DE, or NJ. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage new and innovative creator and influencer programs, including customer advocacy initiatives, refer-a-friend programs, and other people-powered commerce and marketing opportunities. Focus on evolving how QVC tells stories in alignment with the brand across new and emerging channels.
  • Manage the development and execution of the influencer/creator content strategy across QVC's proven flagship social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest. Extend this strategy to emerging social platforms, such as TikTok, as well as digital and broadcast platforms.
  • Pitch talent and influencers for campaigns that improve ROI and achieve campaign KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and networks; identify trends and new opportunities by staying ahead of marketplace news and changes.
  • Maintain a pulse on culture, emerging influencers, and content creators to constantly source and pitch new partners, align on concepts, and negotiate budget and timeline directly.
  • Partner closely with brand marketing, digital marketing, merchandising, and other functional teams to ensure influencers are integrated into brand marketing plans.
  • Provide analysis and reporting of campaign performance, relationships, and pipeline of new talent spend results for this specific vertical.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of social media/digital marketing experience.
  • Knowledge of the influencer/creator industry, including talent, social trends, and emerging platforms.
