Responsibilities
- Answering inbound phone calls in a timely manner
- Complete assigned customer service-related outbound calls
- Greeting and ensuring every customer is checked in
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries
- Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while handling all guest inquires with 100% guest satisfaction
- Identify sales leads among new and existing customers
- Direct non-sales call to the correct department or staff member
- Maintain follow-ups with potential prospects not ready to make an appointment, no-shows, and visited our showroom
- Gather customer details and comments in our system
- Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound/inbound prospecting and follow lead activity management to qualify and market to potential customers
- Provide customers with thorough, up-to-date knowledge of product/inventory information
- Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
- Met and exceed DAILY, WEEKLY, AND MONTHLY goals
Qualifications
- At least one previous role based in customer service experience
- Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multitask
- Highly organized
