Brand Specialist

About the role

Support and execute brand strategies to strengthen brand presence, consistency, and market performance. Coordinate with internal teams and field personnel to ensure branding, promotions, and marketing initiatives align with company standards and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure brand guidelines are consistently followed across all marketing and merchandising executions
• Monitor brand performance, market trends, and competitor activities
• Collect and analyze market feedback, customer insights, and sales data
• Prepare brand performance reports and recommendations for improvement

Requirements

• At least a High School graduate
• Experience in Promo and Merchandising
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented with a good understanding of brand standards and execution
