About the Role
As a Brand Specialist, you will drive growth in branded categories (Progressive Addition Lenses, Photochromatic, Anti-Reflective) across all channels (ELOA, PLG, IDD, Key Accounts). You will achieve national sales goals by coordinating and training the sales team and their customers, with a focus on maximizing sell-through opportunities for EssilorLuxottica’s newest hearing assistance eyewear product, Nuance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive branded growth within your geography.
- Influence Account Executives, IDD Sales Reps, and customers to meet business objectives.
- Serve as a technical expert in progressive, photochromic, and AR lens technology, highlighting EssilorLuxottica’s value in these categories.
- Achieve national Brand group sales forecasts.
- Present and educate doctors at local workshops.
- Drive sales unit volume across Eyecare Provider (ECP) and IDD channels.
- Ensure Account Executives and IDD partners comply with territory and account planning activities to meet regional sales goals.
- Assist in building key account business plans with the District Sales Manager, Account Executives, and IDD partners.
- Train Eyecare Providers on Nuance complete pair technology in partnership with Audiology consultants to maximize innovation launch productivity.
- Coach the District Sales Manager, Account Executives, and IDD partners on the selling process to achieve regional sales goals.
- Complete reports and administrative duties accurately and on time.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
This role requires 40-50% travel.
Requirements
- Demonstrated sales results with 3-5 years of outside sales experience.
- Strong consultative selling skills.
- Sophisticated presentation skills.
- Technical capability in lens, audiology, medical device, or tech space.
- Proven leadership, management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, contact management systems, and sales analytical tools).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Demonstrated results in leading sales teams.
- ABO Certification.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $70,304.00 - $115,083.18. Employee pay is determined by factors including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. You may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan.
