The Role
Lead the development and execution of the annual brand plan, including strategic imperatives, key initiatives, and tactical execution.
Develop compelling brand messaging and promotional campaigns for key stakeholders and market needs.
Oversee agency management, regulatory review, and budget management for promotional activities.
Conduct market research to inform brand decisions and monitor competitor activities to proactively adjust strategies.
Partner with Sales and Training teams to develop tools and resources for field execution.
Evaluate sales effectiveness, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend strategy adjustments.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Life Sciences or Business/Marketing; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of healthcare experience, including at least 7 years in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry.
- Strong analytical capability, comfort working with performance metrics and market data.
- Proven ability to lead and influence across a highly matrixed organization without direct authority.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills with strong project management capabilities.
- Experience with vaccines or buy-and-bill products is a plus.
