Job Roles And Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Governance: Steward brand standards across logos, messaging, naming, tone, and visual identity, and translate brand direction into the guidelines, frameworks, toolkits, and workflows that internal and affiliate teams rely on to stay on brand.
- Digital Asset Management: Own and optimize the company’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform as the central home for approved brand assets, overseeing access, training, template libraries, account and upload approval requests, and the governance that keeps it scalable.
- Brand Architecture & Naming: Lead nomenclature and naming structure initiatives across resorts, F&B outlets, sub-brands, and experiences, partnering with the Product Marketing & Development teams to ensure new concepts align with the overall brand direction.
- On-Resort Brand Applications: Govern physical brand touchpoints, including signage, IPTV and on-resort content, property maps, F&B branding kits, and guest-facing collateral, reviewing each for brand and naming accuracy and consistency across properties.
- Project Leadership: Lead a range of brand projects from concept through execution, partnering with different stakeholders across the organization depending on the initiative and keeping each workstream aligned and moving.
- Co-Branding & Partner Approvals: Oversee the Brand Development inbox and the co-branding approval program ensuring co-branded advertising, flyers, and promotional items submitted meet brand standards before they are approved for execution. Serve as a central point of connection between Brand Development and partners across Marketing and Sales teams and Resort Operations teams.
- Develop and present pitch decks and brand strategies, sharing them regularly with cross-functional teams and with select leadership as needed.
- Build and maintain project plans, agendas, approvals, and decision records that keep cross-functional workstreams moving efficiently, and present updates and final deliverables to stakeholders, including large cross-functional audiences.
- Support the development and rollout of brand playbooks, operational guides, and training resources that help teams understand and adopt brand standards.
- Manage vendor and agency relationships, including scopes, deliverables, timelines, feedback cycles, and approvals.
- Mentor the Brand Specialist, providing day-to-day direction and regularly assigning and prioritizing their work.
Competence Requirements
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, governance, visual identity systems, messaging, and cross-channel brand application.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with strong PowerPoint presentation-building skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the organization to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities with precision.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to anticipate risks and maintain momentum across complex work.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, 10% or as needed.
- Experience managing a Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, brand toolkits, or creative governance systems.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Monday.com), Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Experience working across affiliates, vendors, and agency partners on a complex brand portfolio.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-6 years of professional experience in brand management, brand development, marketing, or project management, ideally in a creative or hospitality environment.
