About the position: Arkana Laboratories is looking for a Brand Manager who brings sharp marketing instincts to everything they touch — branding, advertising, internal projects, and beyond. You'll report to the Marketing Manager and act as a go-to resource for the marketing team, helping shape how Arkana shows up across every platform and touchpoint. What you'll do: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing initiatives, serving as a key resource for the marketing teamCoordinate with internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly from kickoff to completionField marketing-related questions and asset requests from other departmentsTrack project progress, flag roadblocks early, and proactively solve problems to keep things movingAudit projects/events once completed, conduct post-mortem meetings, outline improvements, and implement process changes in collaboration with the marketing teamFoster a collaborative work environment and facilitate effective communication between team members and other internal teamsDevelop and maintain brand messaging that's consistent, fresh, and genuinely engaging across all platformsDesign, create, and produce necessary content – print and digitalMaintain stock of company marketing assetsBe able to give branding and messaging input on any project What you bring: Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field3-5 years of experience in branding or corporate marketing (required)Proficiency with Adobe Creative SuiteSolid grounding in marketing principles and tacticsComfort with everyday business tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, plus web-based applications and third-party portals) What we offer: We know that health is more than doctor visits and life is more than work.
