Brand Integration Project Coordinator
About the role
DecisionPoint Technologies is seeking a highly organized and proactive Brand Integration Project Coordinator Contractor to support the coordination and execution of branding, marketing, communications, and business integration activities associated with acquired companies. This is a 4–6 month contract opportunity, with the potential for extension based on business and integration needs. The contractor will help bring structure, visibility, and accountability to multiple concurrent workstreams across four acquired entities. The role will maintain consolidated project plans, track milestones and dependencies, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and support hands-on implementation activities. The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across marketing, creative, legal, integration, and business teams.
- Make a visible impact by supporting the integration of acquired companies into a unified brand and operating environment.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, legal, integration, and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate high-priority projects involving multiple teams, companies, deadlines, and dependencies.
- Bring structure to complexity by creating visibility into outstanding work and project status.
- Gain M&A integration experience through hands-on exposure to organizational transition and business transformation activities.
- Work across diverse initiatives including branding, websites, domains, communications, events, and marketing assets.
- Use project management tools to organize work, track deliverables, and maintain accountability.
- Collaborate with leadership by providing clear status updates and identifying risks, blockers, and potential timeline impacts.
- Contribute to meaningful change affecting employees, customers, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
