The Brand Coordinator focuses on coordinated digital marketing execution, content and campaign support, performance tracking, and clear cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate digital marketing, campaign, content, or social-media activities relevant to the role.
• Maintain calendars, briefs, assets, approvals, and performance tracking for assigned initiatives.
• Prepare content or campaign updates that follow brand guidelines and documented requirements.
• Review performance data and help translate results into practical next steps.
• Collaborate remotely with creative, sales, operations, or client-facing stakeholders.

• Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
• Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, and web-based systems.

Pay

Base compensation: $44,000–$66,000 per year, depending on experience and demonstrated role alignment.
