Brand Coordinator

Jewelry Store Marketers is hiring a Brand Coordinator to support digital marketing for jewelry retailers, including social media, content, paid media, SEO, client service, and campaign reporting.

About the role

In this position, you will support brand consistency, audience communication, and community engagement. This is a full-time, 100% remote role open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain brand messaging, reference materials, approved assets, and communication guidelines.
• Coordinate brand or community content across digital channels and campaign touchpoints.
• Monitor audience questions, feedback, comments, and recurring themes and route issues appropriately across jewelry-retail marketing campaigns.
• Support brand campaigns, launches, partnerships, or community initiatives with organized timelines and assets.
• Track basic engagement, brand, or community metrics and prepare recurring summaries.
• Review customer-facing materials for consistency with approved brand voice and messaging.

Requirements

• Strong written communication, organization, customer awareness, and brand judgment.
• Comfort using social, content, collaboration, spreadsheet, and reporting tools.
• Ability to maintain consistency across multiple assets and channels.
• Good judgment when handling public or community-facing communication.
• Attention to detail when reviewing brand language, assets, and campaign materials.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$72,500 - $81,000 per year
