About the role

Wonder Studios is an AI-native film and creative studio focused on merging cinematic craft with cutting-edge AI technology. We've raised over $15 million from investors including LocalGlobe, Atomico, and Adobe, and have a team of 35+ based in London, LA, NYC, and SF. This role is responsible for growing and deepening Wonder's brand and agency relationships in the US, leading the pitch process, and positioning Wonder as a cutting-edge creative agency.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow Wonder's brand and agency relationships in the US
  • Shape and present creative and commercial proposals during the pitch process
  • Translate brand and agency briefs into scopes that balance creativity and profitability
  • Position Wonder as a bridge between traditional and AI-native production
  • Develop and refine Wonder's advertising go-to-market playbook and tools
  • Manage key client relationships, driving account growth and renewal
  • Ensure seamless communication between clients and Wonder's creative and production teams
  • Shape Wonder's positioning and credibility with brand and agency stakeholders
  • Report on pipeline and maintain CRM systems

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in advertising, preferably in a client-facing leadership role
  • Proven track record of winning and growing client relationships
  • Experience leading pitches from brief to proposal to close
  • Strong commercial judgment and creative instincts
  • Genuine interest in AI as a creative and production tool
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Qualifications

  • Fluency in how brands and agencies operate, including budget cycles, procurement, and creative review processes
  • Experience working with key stakeholders such as CMOs and brand leads
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary of $140,000 - $160,000
