Cellairis is looking for self-motivated people who want to be in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role. We want someone who can turn a failure into a positive action and great successes into examples for the future. This role is perfect for someone who is athletic, highly energetic, and in excellent physical condition.

As a Brand Advocate, you will perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors. Similar to a product sampling program, you will entice each walk-by customer with free products to encourage them to visit our store and commit to a purchase. Using AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts, you will persuade customers to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list by offering free products. Customers must come to the Cellairis counter and agree to certain participation terms to receive their free goods or services.

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts to drive them to the Cellairis store.
• Entice customers with free products to encourage store visits and purchases.
• Persuade customers to show broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Ensure customers agree to participation terms to receive free goods or services.

Required Attitude & Personality

• Drive and Urgency: Has tremendous energy and initiative to drive customers to the store and generate sales. Able to memorize scripts and use them naturally and with high energy. Recognizes and capitalizes on a high percentage of sales opportunities.
• Attitude: Always maintains a positive and open attitude, positively affecting team members. Open to coaching and new techniques. Never appears discouraged and is always moving forward.
• Genuine Customer Service: Shows genuine concern for customers and knows the Customer Service Guide front to back.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Ability to provide genuine customer service and develop relationships with clients.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required: 1-3 years in a retail sales environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.
