About the role

Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors. You will entice each walk-by customer with free products to encourage them to visit our store and commit to a purchase. Using AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts, you will persuade customers to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list by offering free products. Your goal is to make customers aware of special offers and drive them to the Cellairis counter.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using provided scripts to generate interest and desire.
• Encourage customers to visit the store for free products or services by agreeing to participation terms.
• Convert customer interactions into sales opportunities and leads.
• Stand for long periods and maintain high energy throughout shifts.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and a highly energetic, approachable demeanor.
• Genuine customer service skills with the ability to build client relationships.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required (1-3 years in a retail sales environment preferred).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling or selling experience is a plus.
