Brand Advocate Position in Kansas City, Kansas

About the Role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated Brand Advocates to perform customer conversion sales at the entry doors of our retail locations. In this highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive role, you will entice walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit our store and commit to a purchase. Using the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts, you will persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts to drive them into the store.
• Offer free products to entice customers to visit the Cellairis counter.
• Persuade customers to show broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Turn objections into sales opportunities and capitalize on high-percentage sales leads.
• Stand for long periods and maintain high energy throughout shifts.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and a highly energetic, approachable demeanor.
• Genuine customer service skills with the ability to develop client relationships.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance and adherence to the Cellairis Retail Dress Code.
• Manageable commute (Cellairis reserves the right to determine acceptable distance).

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a retail sales environment (recommended but not required).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling or selling experience is a plus.
• Retail experience is preferred.
