Brand Advocate Position in Wichita, Kansas

About the Role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated Brand Advocates to perform customer conversion sales at the entry doors of our retail locations. In this highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive role, you will entice walk-by customers with free products to drive them into the store and ultimately commit to a purchase. Using the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts, you will persuade customers to visit the Cellairis counter for a repair quote, join our mailing list, or receive free goods or services.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using provided scripts to generate interest and drive them into the store.
• Offer free products to incentivize customers to visit the Cellairis counter and commit to a purchase.
• Persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Turn objections into sales opportunities and convert failures into positive actions.
• Memorize and naturally deliver scripts with high energy to maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and a highly energetic, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to develop genuine relationships with clients.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a retail sales environment (recommended but not required).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling or selling experience is a plus.

Multiple shifts available.
