Brand Advocate Position in Elizabeth, New Jersey

About the Role

Cellairis is looking for a Brand Advocate to perform customer conversion sales at the store entry doors. In this highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role, you will entice walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit the store and commit to a purchase. Using the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts, you will persuade customers to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list. Your goal is to make customers aware of special offers and drive them to the Cellairis counter.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts to attract their attention and interest.
• Entice customers with free products to encourage store visits and potential purchases.
• Persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Drive customers to the Cellairis counter to agree to participation terms for free goods or services.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and highly energetic demeanor.
• Ability to develop genuine customer service relationships.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a retail sales environment (recommended but not required).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.
