Brand Advocate Position in Draper, Utah

About the Role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated Brand Advocates to perform customer conversion sales at the entry doors of our store in Draper, Utah. This highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role involves enticing walk-by customers with free products to drive them into the store and ultimately commit to a purchase. You will use the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to persuade customers to visit the Cellairis counter, show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts to drive them into the store.
• Entice customers with free products to encourage store visits and potential purchases.
• Persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Use the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) to convert leads into sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and a highly energetic, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to develop genuine customer relationships.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a retail sales environment (recommended but not required).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling or selling experience is a plus.
