About the role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated, highly energetic individuals to perform customer conversion sales at the store’s entry doors. This role involves enticing walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit the store and commit to a purchase. You will use the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) to persuade customers to engage with Cellairis for repairs, quotes, or mailing list sign-ups. This is a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail position, ideal for someone athletic, results-oriented, and persistent.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts to drive them to the Cellairis counter.
• Offer free products to entice customers to visit the store and consider a purchase.
• Persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Convert objections into sales opportunities and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Stand for long periods and maintain high energy throughout shifts.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and a persuasive, approachable personality.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance and adherence to Cellairis retail dress code.
• Manageable commute (determined by Cellairis).

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail sales experience (recommended but not required).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling or direct selling experience is a plus.

Skills

• Ability to memorize and deliver scripts naturally and effectively.

Schedule

Multiple shifts available, including weekends.
