Brand Activation Coordinator

About the role

The Brand Activation Coordinator will assist with coordination and execution of all New England Revolution brand activations and report to the Director of Fan & Community Engagement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all marketing appearances throughout the season to ensure each event is executed to generate new business and create brand awareness.
• Develop, manage, and maintain an appearance calendar for brand ambassadors and mascot.
• Manage an event revenue tracker by gathering data from the Business Intelligence team to ensure goals and objectives for each event are met.
• Actively recruit qualified brand ambassadors on a year-round basis.
• Maintain strict inventory and stock control on all brand activation equipment and oversee maintenance of the club’s promotional vehicles.
• Oversee the set-up, execution, and breakdown of Fan Zone at Revolution home matches.
• Manage social media accounts for the club’s mascot and brand ambassadors.
• Uphold both the club's and the department's mission and core values in all programs.
• Handle special projects and assignments as business dictates.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities but will interface with Brand Ambassadors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Self-motivated with strong supervisory skills.
• Detail and results oriented.

• Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
