Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Delivery Managers and Product Owners to execute key delivery activities and improve operational efficiency
- Support change management initiatives and ensure adherence to risk, control, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Identify, escalate, and help resolve delivery blockers, dependencies, and resource constraints
- Cookordination delivery activities across product, technology, operations, and business stakeholders
- Monitor project milestones, risks, issues, and action items to support successful execution
- Create transparency through reporting, status communications, and delivery metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, working sessions, and governance forums to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes
- Assist with product launches, deployment readiness, operational readiness, and post-implementation activities
- Drive executive-level presentations, updates, and communications
- Support strategic initiatives, continuous improvement efforts, and special projects that enhance team effectiveness
- Foster collaboration and help establish repeatable processes that promote stability, scalability, and consistent delivery outcomes
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 3+ years of experience in product delivery, product management, project management, program management, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated success supporting product delivery initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience executing operational management, process improvement, and change readiness activities
- Experience supporting product deployment or implementation processes
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive-level presentations and communications
- Ability to build effective partnerships across business, product, technology, and operations teams
- Experience tracking risks, dependencies, milestones, and delivery commitments
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining a strong team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Knowledge of the product development lifecycle and Agile delivery frameworks
- Experience supporting branch, workplace, consumer banking, or employee-facing technology solutions
- Experience working in large, highly matrixed organizations
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Align, or similar delivery management tools
- Understanding of risk and control frameworks within a regulated environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Relevant project, Agile, or product management certifications are a plus
