Job Description

- **Analyze and Interpret Data:** Analyze customers' ERP tables and datasets to generate actionable insights. - **Build Data Pipelines:** Develop robust data pipelines to ensure reliable data flow from customers' ERP systems or data lakes to Pelico's platform. - **Collaborate on Client Needs:** Engage in client meetings to understand their data requirements, provide strategic insights, and build trust. - **Enhance Customer Operations:** Work closely with customer operations teams and external partners to gather feedback and optimize customer impact. - **Shape Data Culture and Best Practices:** Promote analytical best practices and foster a customer-centric culture within Pelico. - **Continuous Learning and Adaptation:** Stay updated on emerging technologies to maintain Pelico’s leading-edge practices.

Skills

- **SQL** - **Data Modeling & ETL** - **Good to have:** Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), Docker/containerization, Git for version control.

Preferred Experience

- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role. - Familiarity with ERP data processes is a big plus. - Passionate about helping clients achieve data-driven success. - Experience with data-rich products, analytics tools, or complex data analysis. - Mastery in SQL, with strong data transformation and pipeline development skills. - Bilingual in English and French (preferred).
