What You’ll Do
- Manage lobby traffic and greet members
- Answer questions about Credit Union products and services
- Aid new and existing members with account services, loans, and teller transactions
- Resolve member concerns and reconcile accounts
- Educate members on managing their finances effectively
- Identify opportunities to refer products and services that support member financial well-being
- Build strong, supportive member relationships
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least one year of credit union, banking, or administrative customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software
- Must be bondable
