What You’ll Do
- Managing lobby traffic and greeting members
- Answering questions about Credit Union products and services
- Assisting new and existing members with account services, loans, and teller transactions
- Resolving member concerns and reconciling accounts
- Educating members on managing their finances effectively
- Identifying opportunities to refer products and services that support member financial well-being
- Building strong, supportive member relationships
What You Need
- A High School Diploma or GED (required)
- At least one year of credit union, banking or administrative customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software
- Must be bondable
Temporary Travel Requirements
This role temporarily requires travel to multiple branch locations, requiring flexibility, independence, and strong communication skills.
