Branch Support Member Relationship Specialist

Major Duties And Essential Functions

• Act as Subject matter experts for all branch MRS staff
• Uncover member needs by asking questions and providing solutions to their needs
• Proactively discuss and refer additional products to internal partners
• Process requests for memberships, depository accounts, loans, and account maintenance services
• Regularly follow up with members to ensure that their financial needs are met and uncover any additional needs they may have
• Testing new products and services
• Deliver ongoing training and skill reinforcement for existing staff
• Adapt to multiple branch environments
• Remain up to date on current products, services, and marketing campaigns through attending training, and remaining familiar with all changes and disclosures
• Maintain confidentiality of member information and other sensitive information

Education And Experience

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years related operational experience in financial institution environment or equivalent preferred

• Language Ability: The level of ability required to communicate and understand written and oral language
