What You'll Be Doing
- Provide high-level customer service support for assigned branches and maintain field force Contract, Licensing, and Registration records.
- Function as an information resource and quality control.
- Enter, update, and maintain all records regarding new hire processing, individual licensing and registration needs.
- Review and process initial FINRA Form U4s, Department of Insurance License/Appointment applications, Appointment renewals, and Contracting updates for candidates.
- Update and maintain candidate records using external and internal systems and applications.

Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge of SEC, FINRA, and State Insurance licensing
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years experience in Finance or Insurance industry

- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations

Benefits
This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with an on-site presence of 2-3 days per week. The base salary range for this position is $42,000-$50,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
