What You'll Do
- Investigate and resolve user and system issues through our help desk platform
- Monitor alerts, logs, and error dashboards to identify and troubleshoot problems
- Reproduce issues, document findings, and collaborate with developers on solutions
- Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge articles
- Validate software updates and help ensure changes do not introduce regressions
- Support application maintenance, upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts
What We're Looking For
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn new technologies and work well with both technical and non-technical users
- Degree in a technology-related field or equivalent professional experience
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
