Responsibilities
- Manage credit card portfolios
- Provide customer service to cardholders
- Monitor and address delinquencies
- Handle disputes and complaints
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in credit card operations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of credit card regulations and compliance
