About the Role

The Branch Supervisor (Tier II) serves as a highly operational branch leader responsible for driving frontline execution, overseeing complex branch operations, supporting customer relationship growth, and delivering advanced servicing and account opening support. This role combines strong operational leadership with relationship management responsibilities—balancing teller line oversight, account opening proficiency, customer problem resolution, and coaching support to ensure the branch operates efficiently while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Branch Supervisor (Tier II) team members are expected to lead with confidence, operational discipline, urgency, and customer-centered thinking while helping strengthen both branch performance and customer relationships. You will consistently manage behavior within the Bank’s established customer service standards and core values while adhering to all Bank policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in and foster the Bank’s culture of excellence while supporting strategic initiatives.
• Oversee complex branch operations and drive frontline execution.
• Support customer relationship growth and deliver advanced servicing and account opening support.
• Provide teller line oversight and ensure high accuracy in transaction processing.
• Resolve customer problems and provide coaching support to branch staff.
• Handle large amounts of cash with precision and prioritize customer transactions while balancing satisfaction with Bank risk and fraud prevention.
• Supervise staff and provide day-to-day direction.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of bank deposit products, policies, and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Interact professionally with the public and uphold the Bank’s customer service standards.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English.
• Strong customer service skills with both internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher in business, finance, or a related area preferred.
• Experience in sales and customer service.
