Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive member and staff relationships.
• Ensure staff members provide consultative member service.
• Conduct member profiling methodology to determine member needs.
• Open accounts, accept loan applications, and conduct loan closings.
• Resolve errors and member complaints.
• Initiate sales-and-service activities.
• Refer members to other areas of the Credit Union for assistance.
• Implement and monitor sales campaigns.
• Track and assess results of sales campaigns.
• Ensure all staff members provide continuous quality service.
• Manage the branch’s cash and negotiable items, within approved limits.
• Participate in training and development.
• Support and assure compliance with Credit Union policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Education/Certification: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
