About the role
To promote and maintain efficient equipment movement and staging for all branch transactions to improve dispatching, pick-up operations, return operations, and overall customer rental experience.
Responsibilities
- Locate and assign assets for outgoing orders
- Coordinate with ERS and MLO for upcoming orders and returns
- Stage outgoing equipment
- Assist drivers with unloading and loading of equipment
- Assist drivers with equipment refueling
- Ensure returned equipment staging areas are clean, organized, and safe
- Assist customers with loading and unloading equipment
- Properly fill out return tickets for customer and drivers
- Ensure returned equipment is moved to proper location after receiving
- Receive and stage transfers from other branches and coordinate paperwork
- Help maintain a neat and organized yard space at Profit Center
- Various other tasks as may be directed by the PCM
- Assess and notify service of any damage to assets
- Understanding and daily practice of all required safety and training
- General housekeeping of yard, staging areas, and exterior premises, on a daily basis
- Attend all required safety meetings and required training
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, vocational school degree or military training certificate
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, reach, crouch, and kneel and regularly lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must be able to work unusual and sometimes long hours
- Able to utilize technology when appropriate
Physical Demands
- Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 50 pounds or more, as required by the job
- Some jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures, and/or night and weekend work
- All duties must be performed according to Sunbelt’s safety policies and guidelines

Pay
Base Pay Range: $20.89 - $28.72. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
