How You Will Make An Impact

• Provide account services to customers, such as processing deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
• Record night and mail deposits.
• Build and deepen relationships with customers.
• Identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and resolve issues.
• Suggest the right ASB products and services to improve their financial well-being.
• Comply with applicable banking laws and regulations including Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering.
• Promote features and benefits of bank products and services.
• Contribute to meeting branch goals by referring customers to business partners as appropriate.
• Support personalized, in-person education in digital banking solutions.

• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve, be resourceful and work effectively under pressure.
