Key Responsibilities
- Support the Branch Manager in achieving business objectives, driving portfolio growth, and ensuring service excellence across all customer segments.
- Drive growth in liabilities, assets, and other key business portfolios while maintaining strict adherence to prudent risk management standards.
- Supervise, guide, and support Relationship Officers / Relationship Managers in achieving assigned sales and service targets.
- Lead and execute sales campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, business presentations, and other business development activities.
- Ensure delivery of superior customer service by effectively addressing and resolving customer complaints in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Authorize and monitor non-cash transactions in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control frameworks.
- Continuously monitor asset portfolio quality and proactively identify, assess, and escalate potential risk concerns.
- Conduct preliminary screening and assessment of Retail and SME loan applications to ensure policy compliance and mitigate fraud and credit risk exposure.
