About the role

We are seeking a Branch Financial Sales & Service Manager for our Evanston Branch. The ideal candidate will lead and motivate the branch sales and service staff with strong leadership, sales, business development, and lending skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the branch sales and service staff
• Achieve assigned sales goals for the branch and department
• Organize and participate in community and employee group events
• Handle consumer/personal deposit and loan applications from various channels
• Follow up on new memberships and loans
• Focus on cross-selling additional business
• Manage and organize the branch team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Solid computer, analytical, math, and communication skills
• Credit union or banking experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Qualifications

• Proven skills in leadership, sales, business development, and lending
• Experience in sales and management

Skills

• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in computer systems and software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Benefits

We offer great benefits and pay. Compensation: $64,800 base annual salary plus monthly incentives.
