Branch Sales Manager - Branch Financial Sales & Service Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Branch Sales Manager for our Chicago-Streeterville Branch at Northwestern Medicine. The ideal candidate will lead and motivate the branch sales and service staff with strong leadership, sales, business development, and lending skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze members' financial needs
• Achieve assigned sales goals for the branch and department
• Lead and motivate the branch sales and service staff
• Manage and develop the branch team
• Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations
• Manage customer service and provide excellent customer support
• Manage and process loan applications
• Manage cash flow and ensure compliance with credit union policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Solid computer, analytical, math, and communication skills
• Sales and management experience
• Credit union or banking experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

• Strong leadership and sales skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of credit union operations and procedures
