Branch Operations Manager
Overview
Fox Pest Control has an urgent need for a full-time Branch Operations Manager. They are seeking responsible customer service "ALL-STARS" who want to lead and train others, as well as have an important role in supporting business operations. Benefits include health, dental, 401K, PTO, and a "family feel" workplace culture. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position, which means free weekends to do whatever you want!

Responsibilities
- Supporting one or more of our 30+ regional branches
- Manage 3-5 dispatchers
- Cookordinate the schedules, services, and operations of our Pest Service Technicians
- Professionally interact with customers; both internal and external
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution when dealing with our customers
- Assist in the scheduling, billing, data entry, phone work, and various other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- A high school degree or equivalent (required)
- A college degree (preferred, but not required)
- At least two to five years of customer service experience
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Leadership attributes including empathy, active listening skills, and integrity
- Can efficiently manage several tasks and responsibilities
- Proficiency with computers and various software including Microsoft Office
- Willing and able to promote a positive and uplifting company culture
