Branch Officer (JO to EO)

Job Responsibilities

• Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensuring better customer services through smooth functioning of daily branch banking operation/services.
• Promote and advise customers on the bank’s products and services.
• Ensure proper Customer KYC, CIB, Loan documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the bank's customers and stakeholders.
• Achieve business, operational, and financial targets while expanding the client base.
• Maintain auditable records, support audit and compliance requirements, and ensure smooth branch service delivery.
• Manage customer portfolios to maximize deposit retention and drive liability and asset growth.
• Participate in Deposits campaigns, customer engagement programs, and business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 years
• Education: Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance
